1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing the CODECCO Technologies website at codecco.com or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services
CODECCO Technologies provides technology consulting, software development, and digital marketing services as described on our website and as agreed in individual service proposals. Each client engagement is governed by a separate written service agreement or proposal that takes precedence over these general terms where they conflict.
3. Intellectual property
All work product, deliverables, and assets created by CODECCO Technologies under a paid engagement become the client’s property upon receipt of full payment for that engagement. Until full payment is received, all intellectual property rights remain with CODECCO Technologies. CODECCO Technologies retains the right to reference completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials, with client permission where personally identifiable information is involved.
4. Confidentiality
CODECCO Technologies treats all client information shared during an engagement as confidential. We do not share client business information, strategies, or data with third parties without explicit written consent. Clients similarly agree to keep any proprietary CODECCO methodologies, processes, or pricing information confidential.
5. Payment terms
Payment terms are specified in individual service proposals. Generally, projects require an advance payment before work commences, with the balance due upon delivery or at agreed milestones. CODECCO Technologies reserves the right to pause or discontinue services if payments are overdue by more than 14 days.
6. Limitation of liability
CODECCO Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability in any engagement is limited to the total fees paid by the client for that specific engagement in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Maharashtra, India.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance. Active client engagements are governed by the terms agreed at the time of engagement unless both parties agree to updated terms in writing.
